OMNIA TECHNOLOGIES INC. was founded in 1985 and specializes in project and construction management. The firm has vast experience in complex and fast- track projects and has completed, over the last 25 years, more than $600 Millions worth of residential, commercial, institutional and industrial construction projects.

Omnia has a general contractor licence, a performance bond and the insurances required to conduct major construction projects. Furthermore, Omnia has performed most of its mandates as project and construction manager.
This specialized business orientation makes of Omnia a builder oriented toward the owner's satisfaction and whose financial interests are totally independent from the negotiations with the subcontractors.

Furthermore, this orientation allowed Omnia to develop several communication tools (schedule, budget, cost report, tender result, etc.), very appreciated by owners interested in following closely their projects.

Specialized in difficult, fast-track and high quality projects, over the years OMNIA has built strong business relationships with numerous loyal clients (see letters of references in Appendix A) and the company is organized and equipped to be able to efficiently manage large projects.
