Experience:

Be involved in health and safety on worksites, ensure coordination of plans and compliance with the Technical Functional Program (TFP).
Provide cost tracking, negotiate subcontractor contracts, and ensure budgets and deadlines are met.
Provide strong leadership, regularly evaluate the performance and well-being of the project team, and provide the necessary tools.
Mobilize the team to achieve company objectives and act as an ambassador for the organization's values.

Experience :

University degree in architecture or engineering, or technical degree in architecture, with 10 to 20 years' experience in project management.
Practical knowledge of construction, particularly commercial construction and condominiums.
Proficiency in MS Office software and bilingualism an asset.
Excellent management, negotiation, communication skills, determination, initiative, and ability to manage several files simultaneously.

Manage and supervise project teams including architects, engineers, superintendents and subcontractors; Analyze professional plans and be able to discuss technical points. Ensure that all documents are produced so that work progresses according to schedule.
Establish schedules. Monitor schedules and progress to ensure that the project is delivered on time;
Organize and lead site meetings and draft minutes.
Coordinate and maintain proper follow-up of site tasks with the superintendent. Resolve construction and organizational issues in collaboration with the Superintendent.

Qualifications profile:

University degree in architecture or engineering or a technical degree in architecture, combined with relevant experience.
Between 5 and 10 years' experience in project management.
Knowledge of commercial and condominium construction.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Years of project management experience in condo construction are a plus.
